Project Description
This industrial media console (or credenza) would look great in many settings, but looks especially fantastic in a modern or urban loft. It could also be used as a metal sideboard or a buffet. It can be made in many configurations and sizes, but the media cabinet shown is 60″ W x 18″ D x 21″ H. It includes vintage-look casters and has a reclaimed wood top. We always have several reclaimed wood options available for your consideration and will always have a dark color, and light color, and one in between.
As you can see, this one has four doors of which two are solid and two are mesh. However, it can be made with all solid doors, all mesh doors, only two doors, or none at all. The interior of the media console has a fixed center shelf that runs the length of the piece. The color of this particular one is a vintage-inspired black patina. The finish can be less “splotchy” too for a less distressed look.
Changes to the configuration can be made such as using steel or a different wood on the top, and of course, changes to the size. We have built the piece without partitions (in order to fit larger components), but they are an available option. Although the piece is shown without a back, it does include one. The back will have a 2″ gap that runs the length of the piece (to allow for cables and wires). If you would like to make any changes, just let us know your thoughts, and we’ll let you know what we can do.
To see this piece on legs and with a less distressed patina, see our Forge model media console.
Please inquire about pricing on any other sizes, dimensions, configurations, or changes you would like.

NOTE: While we can get the finish to look close to a particular look, due to the hand-made nature of the piece, they each turn out slightly different. for darker, more solid patinas, there is more consistency. However, with splotchy ones such as this one, they each look a little different. They all look good, though.
