We ship nation-wide. All shipments are insured. Please contact us for a shipping price to your zip code. We will also need to know if you will be shipping to a residential or commercial location (If a commercial location, please let us know if there is a loading dock or a forklift). NOTE: ALL SHIPPING QUOTES WILL BE GIVEN FOR STANDARD DELIVERY. Meaning, the freight company WILL NOT bring it inside your home/building, bring it upstairs, set it up for you, etc.. If you would prefer inside delivery, please be sure to indicate that when requesting a shipping quote and we can advise you of your options. Most freight companies can only deliver Monday through Friday during regular business hours and someone must be present at the time of delivery.
Due to the custom nature of our work, we do not accept returns, nor are any orders able to be canceled once production has begun. Our carriers will contact you once your piece has reached your area to schedule a delivery time that is convenient. If you are unable to accept the delivery at the time you scheduled, and the piece has to be returned to the carrier’s terminal for delivery at a later date, the carrier will charge a rescheduling fee and we will charge those incurred costs and fees to your provided payment method. Should an item get returned to us as undeliverable by the freight company, a minimum of a 30% restocking fee will be charged and shipping both ways will be charged. Or, we can reship the item; however, the customer will be responsible for additional shipping costs.
Please inspect the shipment for any damage and contact us immediately in the unlikely event there is damage. Also, any damage or other issues must be indicated on the shipper’s paperwork at the time of delivery. Deliveries without damage notated on carrier’s paperwork at time of delivery will be considered “received in good condition” and Combine 9 will not be able to repair or replace your item.
Returned items must be received with the original pallet. Damaged items will be repaired or rebuilt (at Combine 9’s discretion).
Sales tax must be collected for items shipping to Texas or picked up at our facility.
Payment: Any balance must be taken care of prior to shipment. If a credit card was used for the deposit, the same card will be automatically charged once item(s) is built.
Wood & Steel: We work with lots of real wood. By nature, new and reclaimed wood will have imperfections including, but not limited to knots, splits, nail holes, variation in grain, texture, coloration, etc.. This is especially true of vintage reclaimed wood. It is these imperfections that give wood its natural beauty. All wood expands and contracts and minor gaps may occur. Steel finishes: Our items are made to look distressed. It is a handmade process and a little variation is to be expected. Pieces used as a vanity should be expected to change color over their lifetime due to the humid/moist environment.
Care and Maintenance: Our furniture is designed to be used just like any other piece of furniture and should be treated accordingly. Spills should be cleaned up promptly; do not allow liquids to pool. Cleaning should be done with a lint-free cloth and non-abrasive chemicals. Though our furniture is extremely durable and built to last generations, it is not impervious, metal can scratch and wood can chip, etc.
From time to time, we find ways that we can make our products better; therefore, we reserve the right to make very minor changes to our products to approve their appearance, functionality, durability, etc.. Additionally, due to the handmade nature of our items, some dimensions will be approximations.
Turnaround: Nearly all of our work is made to order (unless stated in the description). Our turnaround time can be as short as a couple weeks to as long as 5 weeks or more (although it’s rare that it’s that long). If turnaround time is important to you, please be sure to inquire about our current time. Turnarounds are estimates, but we do the best we can to finish on time. In some cases, we also offer a rush service (for an additional fee). Please contact us with your needs.
Combine 9 Design, LLC’s terms outlined here will take priority over customer-supplied terms (such as those sent in a purchase order (PO), email, phone call, or otherwise. Should additional terms be required by the customer, those requirements must be requested in writing and actively agreed to by Combine 9 Design, LLC.
