This modern industrial host stand has been made with amazing (real) copper paneling. It was inspired by our rustic copper credenza, The Copperfield that you can see here. It perfectly marries a classic design with modern style. The riveted straps give it a rugged industrial look, yet the copper embodies a sense of elegance. This piece is made with a sturdy heavy-gauge steel top, but could be done with a reclaimed wood top wrap-around with staining to complement the copper. As shown, this hostess stand has been made with three open shelves. Mesh, wooden, steel, or copper doors can be added to enclose the shelves as well. This piece would make the perfect statement as a hostess stand in your restaurant or trendy brewpub. The copper could accent the copper pot still or brew kettle in your start-up micro-distillery. It could also be used as a POS station, lectern, or podium for an office or hotel conference room. There are holes with grommets on each level of this piece for convenient cable management of telephones, microphones, POS Stations, etc. As with all copper, it will change color over time. Most of our customers feel this adds to the industrial feel and timeless look of the host stand.
